Made a reservation online, ten days in advance. When I got there I was told that it was made thru a third party, sorry, they do not have anything. Not a care in the world, that I now only have a day to find a new facility. Just you don't have one, I don't know why they keep taking reservations, as if they are aware of the situation, but still have not resolved the issue.
AnnMarie DiMarco ValencioDisgusting! Worst experience ever! Everything of value was stolen and the thieves took their time. It is horrible to pay for safe and secure storage and lose everything. Do not store anything at Jeff's Attic- a total waste of time and money. (PS: zero stars was not an option!)
