She was very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions, made everything easy, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The facility was clean and well organized. Highly recommend!

I’ve only been a tenant with extra space storage for a little under a month but can say so far I don’t have any complaints…..wait I take that back. Trying to find my unit made me feel like I was in the movie the labyrinth when the lady was trying to Find her baby lol j/k all jokes aside it’s clean inside and out, no funny smells, no people hanging out as I’ve seen in other storage unit places, and they offer 24/hr access which is something I’ve been having trouble finding. I’ve only met Miranda so far for a brief second in which she was walking around with a janitor cart thing cleaning the property during hours in which the main office was closed. Most people don’t go into work when they are off of work. She introduced herself to me and seems very sweet and cares about the place and the tenants. My last storage place wasn’t like that. I barely ever saw any employees, there was absolutely NO garbage bins dumpster or anything on the whole property so any garbage had to go with you. There is a huge dumpster at this location as well as other bins. I felt safe going into there in the middle of the night and daytime. Definitely give this place a visit if you’re looking for a good storage place!!!!!

Had such a great experience here! Accidentally ordered the wrong unit and Miranda had it fixed right away for us with no problems at all. She was so friendly and made everything such a quick and easy experience for us! Definitely recommend renting units from here! :)

The people and the process used by Extra Space Storage are great. Very easy to get started, to access the facility and to work with their great employees. If there was one thing they could do better with it would be their frequent price increases. I had two increases totalling 50% within the first year.

The setup process was quick, and the location was responsive when I initially called to register and make my payment. However, once I arrived, my access code did not work, and I was stuck in the parking lot for multiple hours because there was no way to exit. I called several numbers for assistance but was unable to reach anyone. I also called the next business day to have my access code corrected and was told I would receive a call back within the hour, but no one ever followed up. No apologies for wasting my family time on a Sunday. There does not appear to be anyone consistently available in the office, and the call buttons for help do not seem to work. Given the lack of access, support, and follow-through, I do not expect to stay beyond a month or two.
