I started using ESS when we began packing to move. It was incredibly helpful to be able to store items for both short and long term. On moving day, we realized we needed a lot more space for outdoor furniture. John and the team at ESS found us a new space and got us a discount. Since we had an existing storage space that we no longer needed they cancelled it mid month and saved us additional money. John was on site during the move and made it easy for our movers to access the site and move stuff from one unit to another. If you live in Port or the surrounding area, I would recommend this place for customer service. Do your research on pricing and you’ll find this place comes in about average compared to other storage facilities.

John was extremely helpful. Always available when we have a question or need a hand. We were cleaning up our storage unit later in the day and he helped put garbage into the dumpster without hesitation. Well kept property and great employee!
