Not happy with the facility

Everything went smoothly until we pulled up our cars to our individual car storage spaces. Neither my wife nor I could even budge the doors after many attempts on a cold, snowy day. We called the management number for help. After a long wait a nice young man came. Even he had trouble opening the doors! We were cold and angry. We were advised that on our return we should call up first so that someone can open the doors for us to drive out our cars. Doesn’t anybody check the doors for easy functioning, lubricating, etc?
