Mia is GREAT! Sooo thorough with explaining information that I didn't even have to ask much because she already answered questions without me asking. And this includes questions that slipped my mind. She is very personable, understanding, and pleasant to have dealt with. I had to make sure I include her in this review. I really like this place; I’ve had a positive experience with them spanning a year now. I currently rent more than one storage unit there. I believe they offer the lowest prices, and the option of getting the first month free is a great benefit. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. Mia, the team manager, is also very cooperative and helpful with everyone.
