I have an Rv parked at this facility and someone attempted to break in over the winter and caused damage to the vehicle. the property manager assured me the damages would be covered. i waited 3 weeks for a response. i was told there is no phone number for their supervisor, which is ridiculous. how does the staff contact their boss if their is an emergency? i have now been told that the damages would probably not be covered. this company advertises safe storage with gates and 24 hour video recording. there are no cameras in the Rv parking area and i have attached the SAFE fence which is supposed to keep people out. do not store your things here!!!! Addition to review: cubesmart replied with an email address i should send my concerns to. I sent two emails and received no response. They just post that to make it look as if they want to help but no reply and no help!!!!
