Overall a pretty good place. Some stored vehicles are too long for the space they are in making it difficult to get another rv in the next space. Gravel gets soft after rain, but covered spaces and electricity for trickle charging is nice.
We had no problem with the previous owners and security gates were locked at all times. Blue Gate has taken over the facility and they allow anyone to come on the grounds and select a spot. We took my car out of our spot that we are paying for. We returned later to find that a small class C with FL tag is now in our spot. My husband texted Blue Gate on Saturday April 26, 2025 with pictures of the vehicle. He has had to call several times to get any answers but they have done NOTHING. As of May 10, 2025, the class C is still there and we are paying for someone else to storage it. On top of that we have NOWHERE to park our motorhome. It was over a week ago that they promised that they would have it towed if the owner wasn't found and we haven't heard a word from them since. Think very carefully about renting from them!!!! Update 6/02/2025. I see that I got this Wonderful response to my review but they haven't moved the vehicle from our space and we had to park in another storage space. Posted 2 more pictures of the vehicle. What a wonderful way to run a business.
I have no major complaints. IT seems to be a secure location and easy to hook up to come and go with the camper. My only complaints are with the weeds in the gravel last summer. There is a compressor for maintaining tire pressure that seemed to be developing a problem the last time I used it. If you need to contact someone with any type issue it’s a real untimely event. Hopefully there is never an emergent problem.
Worst Customer Service Ever – Avoid This Place! We rented a spot for our boat, only to find it inaccessible due to other vehicles they allowed to park in front of it. We spent TWO DAYS calling nonstop with no response. On the third day, someone finally answered from INDIA! Not only were they completely clueless about the North Carolina facility, but they also provided zero help. How can you manage a storage property from another country and have no idea what’s going on? This company is irresponsible, inaccessible, and utterly unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Eli was great to work with! We had a small hiccup with our site size and he fixed it with no problem!
