Love the 24 hour access

Moved here from Virginia and pulled in at 9:00pm with a full uhaul load. No issues with access. Love it, and the space was very clean.

Excellent customer service

Brown Summit AAA self storage is close to my home, Management made the process easy & she was very helpful in selection of the correct size unit for my needs! She was also very clear in reading, explaining rules for myself. Also answered all questions I asked so that clearly understood. This is the 1st storage unit I have ever rented & it was a positive experience!
