Renting and checking in was super easy, I'm thrilled to have found a place so convenient and easy to deal with. I had to call the Sunday service, and they were able to help me unlock the facility's lock in a couple of minutes. I'm actually looking forward to cleaning out this half finished room now! Maybe that's a good omen to actually getting it finished this time!!

I’ve had an overall positive experience so far with storing my items. They’ve felt secure and stayed dry during storing. The latch to secure my unit is very difficult to push, and I manage to injure myself every time trying to close it, but some WD-40 has fixed that largely. But other than that everything feels standard and solid. The team is generally pretty responsive and helpful. They left an overlock on for too long after a late payment, but my late fee was small, and they were very quick to respond to me how to get it off.

Terrible company!!! They will go into your unit and go through all your stuff if you’re two days late. I paid and went into my unit and boxes had been opened and belongings stolen. That’s the last time I use a lock that a company provides. This was wrong save yourself the trouble and go to a company that won’t do this

Clean, reliable storage facility located on a hill near the center of town. My daughter recommended them after her unit stayed completely dry through the Hurricane Helene flooding! I ended up renting two units for over a year and recently closed one because I no longer needed two. The entire process was seamless—I managed my rentals, payments, and cancellation right from my phone. Every interaction with the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Customer service representative was very courteous and informative about the different storage unit sizes and prices. The unit that I rented was clean and had the key and lock in place just as explained. The storage unit fit my needs very well.
