In 2025, after researching countless options for storage companies, I opted to visit the new Extra Space Storage location. Casey, the customer service agent, was excellent and provided outstanding support! She led us on a tour of the property and we were able to see units that varied in size. Casey set expectations for pricing (including the possibility of rate increases), and I was glad to be one of the first people to rent a storage unit at the location. In 2026, I received notification of a rate increase and had to determine if I was going to keep the unit or find another storage location. However, after connecting with Casey, she was able to provide assistance. Because of Casey’s professionalism, knowledge and support, I will definitely continue to utilize the unit at Extra Space Storage!

I was extremely and pleasantly surprised at how clean, well-lit, and secure this facility is. It appears to be fairly new. Inside the buildings it was well lit, hand carts worked, gates to my unit were easy to operate. RV parking is easy to get into, but spaces are fairly narrow, so backing in my 35' travel trailer was tricky because it was hard to see around other rigs and margin for error was very small. Casey was awesome. She was super knowledgeable and helpful in getting me consolidated down with other Extra Space storage accounts I have in other states. Definitely recommend.

Brand new facility. Casey the manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this facility for your storage needs. They also have moving supplies for sale.

Casey, the property manager is very sweet. Any questions you have, she’ll gladly answer. Forest time renting with this company. I’m liking it so far. The access to it is very easy. They have a type a dolly you can use if it’s needed. Very clean.
