I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this storage company. And I have to say, miss daisy was a godsend. She is real manager material, and the place is kept so well and it seems to be so safe. So if you're looking to rent a unit, go see daisy on old statesville road.

I had to use this place because it was the only storage available in the area, but the experience was terrible. The same day of my move I had two major problems. First, I rented a 10x20 unit, but when I arrived they gave me a 10x10 instead. When I called to fix the issue, they told me the only units left were 10x30 and that I had to pay more money. After arguing, they finally gave me a 10x20 but still charged me extra. When I called again to complain, the response I got was basically: take it at that price or leave and file a refund request if you want your money back. Very poor customer service and extremely disorganized. Unfortunately there are not many options in this area, but if you can avoid this place, do it.

My account had went pass due, called and updated my info and explained my situation to KIM she worked with me…. She’s stayed professional and polite and we came to an agreement her customer service is amazing. Remember if you decide to rent through ExtraSpace storage ask for Kim!!!!!!!

🌟 Highly Recommended: Excellent Service and Integrity This is a great group of folks! I highly recommend this location. I utilized a large storage space here for four months. They made the setup process incredibly smooth. When I was checking out after emptying the unit, a system glitch caused me to be double-charged even though I had paid in full. Before I even noticed the error, they called me up, informed me of the situation, and immediately issued a full refund. This display of integrity and outstanding customer service means I will definitely use them again for my business needs in the future!
