Today I went to Extra Space Storage because I had lost the keys to my storage unit. I was stressed, but Miss April, the storage clerk/sales associate, was absolutely amazing. She kindly assisted me with my situation, listened carefully, and worked quickly to help me regain access to my unit. I came prepared with my own replacement lock that I had already purchased, and she handled everything efficiently and professionally. Miss April was very kind, patient, and helpful, and she truly made a stressful situation much easier for me. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Miss April.

Great storage space. I’m using it for my RV. location is really good, easy to get in and out. The staff are very friendly. Big thanks to Richard, he helped me with the parking spot and explained everything, very professional and kind. Really appreciate the help!

April was really helpful. Situation was not ideal but she was very nice very easy to work with and overall helped me find the right spot for my trailer. None of the issues were her fault but she was right there to help along the way.
