I stopped by you Eastway location and spoke with Tia and realized I spoke with her some time ago over the phone at another location of yours and yes I did rent at the 7th St. Location and amazingly got the same great customer service in person as I did over the phone with a smile the whole conversation .Very noligible of the products, very informative, and what to expect and the steps to take and to top it off when she took me to see the units the property was clean as it was on 7th St. Extra Space Storage is the storage my Company will continue to use.

Had to update my review.. Been here less than 6months - Rental increase already! Clean Facility ✔INDOOR✔✔ Insurance Protection ✔ Professional ✔ ASHLEY ✔✔✔✔ Im a new client & my experience was good from my online reservation- to the in person welcome call. I had to get a bigger unit within my 1st week and the transaction was seamless

We had to move a customer from Raleigh to Charlotte, but due to the size of that move, we did not arrive on Charlotte till 11pm. The apartment complex in Charlotte would not let the customer accept delivey that late. At the same time our truck, had to be ubloaded and driven back to Raleigh as a new customer waitied for us in the morning. After a couple of calls they were the only ones that answered the phone, our customer was given access and we unloaded finishing at 3am!!! Customer was happy. We are definitely recommending them to our customers when needing storage.
