I give this storage 2 stars, not having to do with anything regarding the facility itself . The building is great , big and other than the extreme security measures which in it ways has its benefits. Even though they maybe very inconvenient (the elevators). The reason why I give this place 2 stars is because as long as I’ve been a customer here and have had storages in other states the customer service here at this facility is probably by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m not sure if it’s just a NC thing that no one really believes in going above and beyond for their customers while providing excellent cs or if it’s just the way the place is ran by the manager here. Corporate should really provide customer service classes to it’s managers and employees.

I would like to thank Mr. A. Radford for his assistance today, I was in the office and out in 5 minutes. Matter solved, I would also like to say that I see Mr. Radford daily. I feel that at all times he is ready and eager to help, because he is available and actively present around the property, not just in office. The property is always clean inside and outside. I truly feel safe whenever in or entering the property. I would recommend Extra space storage to anyone looking for a safe and secure storage space.

I have had a safe and good experience with this Extra Space Storage Unit. The office managers’ are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous and keep their word. They have 5 stars by me. Clean , safe, place. Fix issues asap! Very helpful. No complaints. They work with you to help out if possible. I had a 10X15 (moved some stuff out) and asked to go down to a 5X10 and they said, yes 🙌🏾 the same day. I had left the state but my son took care of it that day and I was on the phone to verify myself and my unit. So it worked out in my favor. They are so helpful. I been to other places and this Charlotte,NC spot is one of the best to deal with. Thanks 🙏🏽 you staff. CL.

Avery is amazing! Helpful, quick, and was able to help me out with my storage needs. I had out grown my original unit and was able to switch to two units that fit my budget.
