Lucy at the Mount Holly Rd location

Lucy at the Mount Holly Rd location was absolutely phenomenal! I loved her personality and she was extremely knowledgeable! I would definitely refer my family and friends.

Excellent customer service

David explained the terms of the storage unit rental, took us to see it, and helped us set up the online account. He was very professional and friendly. The facility is clean. We expect a good experience with Public.
