Facilities are clean and bright. Reasonable prices. Shannon is a delight to work with, knowledgeable and ready to help in any way she can. There was a gentleman working with her who was also very helpful and willing to go out of his way to assist. I would recommend Mini Storage Depot to anyone needing a place to store their belongings.

Last Monday while shopping around for storage in the Concord area I stumbled upon this location. I mainly was looking for climate controlled storage and I liked how close it was from my mothers house as she is selling and in need of storage. I also really like the reviews I saw pertaining to the manager. I called to ask questions and was greeted by Makayla and was extremely dissatisfied with the way she answered the phone. It was not business like at all with no company greeting and I could hear music or what seemed like a movie playing in the background. She was not really helpful with the questions I asked and I felt like I was bothering or disturbing her which just came across as RUDE. I thanked her for her time and began to look elsewhere so that I wouldn't be bothering her. Fast forward to later that week, my mother went to two other properties. She met a nice man over at the speedway named Mike and loved his prices and his attitude. Ultimately she ended up coming back to the Kannapolis hwy location as it was my first choice. I'm glad she did because she was actually able to meet the manager Lamon and when I tell you her experience is like night and day. The thoughtfulness and knowledge this young man gave my mother is priceless. My mother didn't feel rushed or pressured. He even suggested a smaller unit than what I thought she needed to reduce price. He literally said to us "I dont work on commission, my job is to make sure you get the right size for the best price" this had me sold. I felt so comfortable with my mom doing business at this location especially after my first interaction with the female employee. The amount of care and detail this young man provided and most importantly how well he speaks and articulated his words was incredible. We didn't feel like we were being sold, rushed or bothering him. Young man I really appreciate you for showing my mother the attention and respect you did. I'm happy she came back to rent with you. Please advise your counterpart that service in the beginning of a conversation can make or break your business. Thank you again sir, you made this experience for my mother worth it.
