As someone who was a customer for five years, I wholeheartedly suggest going to another storage facility/business if you have to use a storage service. It will be extremely difficult to access anyone or get any real assistance unless you call three properties. They make it hard for you to contact them because the mission is for you to not be able to contact them. They will increase your rent every six months, almost $60 - $80 each time. And once you’ve been there long enough, you will still get a rental increase, but it will probably be $7-$10, which is just greed at that point. I’ve had several incidents happen at this facility, but because no one is usually there, you will not receive the proper help. They will also make mistakes, like sending emails stating your unit may have been accessed, which can make a customer feel uneasy about holding their property with them. Once you’ve been there long enough, you will notice the generated pattern amongst the staff. No one is there to help or consider whatever issues you’re having, so just consider going to a smaller chain storage service. I would never suggest Public Storage to anyone considering the service.

When I signed up storage few years back, there was customer service at the location. Now you need to make multiple calls and leave voicemail and they never return the calls. Very bad customer service and top of it once you move-in within few months they will increase the rent and no loyalty for the customers. There are other storage locations where when you call there are agents to pick up. I would never at this place and at any public storage as they have same type of customer service.

Heather did a great job. The system is user-friendly booking. A storage was very easy and I am completely satisfied with my experience in getting a storage locker.
