Friendly staff made it very easy to get set up and answered all my questions, even quickly helping with a last-minute unit change when there was an issue upon initial arrival. Payments are very easy to make. I read some say there was a fee for a phone payment, I did not find that to be the case. I'll be extending my initial intended usage of the facility and definitely recommend them.

Under the previous owners of this facility, who were friendly, courteous and had an affordable product, we were paying $70 monthly from 10/2024 - 4/2025 for a 6'x10' unit with no additional fees, hidden charges, etc...just a flat $70. Since the new owners, Roll Up Self Storage, have taken ownership, our bill has increased from $70 in April to $77 in May to now $92 in June. A 31%+ increase in price over the last 45 days with no additional services rendered, just the exact same unit...they added a "protection plan" for $15 of which we did not have a choice to opt in or out of and a "recurring" extra $7 monthly charge with no explanation. What was once an affordable option is not the case anymore. In addition, when I called to question the extra $22 on top of my bill, I offered to just pay the new inflated price over the phone while I had them on the line, and they noted that would cost an additional $6.95 (which was $0 when paying over the phone with Ellen from the previous ownership group) and would have brought my monthly total to $99. Needless to say we will be moving our items soon but just a warning to others who may be looking for a storage facility that doesn't change / increase the price of your bill every month and nickel and dime you along the way. Update: our bill has now been raised to $102 without any warning or additional offerings. From $70 in April, to $77 in May, to $92 in June to all the sudden a surprise charge of $102 in July. Would not recommend using this storage company as the pricing is completely unfair and the communication is nonexistent. A $32(!) increase in 4 months while receiving nothing extra is exorbitant to say the least. To top it all off, half of our stuff was covered in mold when we moved it out of the unit. Go elsewhere.

So I’m mostly analog but I rented my storage unit on line in about 5 minutes! Easy system and easy access to people by phone if you need them

Ellen has been extremely helpful in all facets of our moving/storage! Company is very professional! Suggest anyone use this facility, unless you require climate control! A little/lot pricey compared to a unit I have in Charleston!

The facility is very well maintained and convenient. The billing is a little confusing.
