We arrived and realized our unit was not big enough for our needs. Todd took us around and showed us larger units so we could decide which would best fit our needs. He quickly and efficiently got our reservation changed to more suitable unit and stayed around to make sure we had everything we needed to get moved in, even staying past his closing time. He was very professional, polite and helpful. Great customer service from Todd!
