My situation was a bit complex as I needed to rent the space for my son so when I first called, Julia answered all of my questions and even sent me a potential reservation email so I could share all the information with my son. Once my son confirmed that the 10x30 was ideal for his situation, I was then able to work with Ashley in order to set up the account, pay and sign all the necessary paperwork and secure the storage unit.
