My husband and I have had a storage unit at this location for more than a decade, before it even became Self Storage Brothers. My husband received a monthly bill and paid it faithfully. This company bought this location. We did not get any warning or notification, likely because he was manually paying the bill and not on auto-pay. Anyway, a few months went by and I was talking about going to the storage unit and finally pulling some things out of storage to be used. He realized he hadn't seen a bill in a few months and called the office (there is nobody locally in this office). They had no record of him having a unit, or our unit number. The next day, he went to the facility, but there was nobody there. We had printed out the last bill to see if that would help locate our records and with the hope that they would allow hom to access the facility to point out the unit, but ended up leaving a note on it with his contact information. They never called. There was valuable stuff in that unit - and I will never see it again. This company's lack of response or remorse is why I am leaving this review.
