Had enclosed trailer here 8 years. It is inside a locked gated facility and it has been damaged twice now! They have cameras everywhere but nobody even called us to tell us that someone ran into it! Prior manager said they had trouble with " bums living inside facility" ( his words) and now the company has decided to let it be a location with nobody on site to manage it! This place has turned into a trash dump! The new manager claims she has cleared the place up! Yikes! Hate to see what she calls dirty! I know MY belongings that I paid to have behind a locked gate was damaged twice and the door appears to have been bent like someone tried to break in it!!! AND it is behind a locked gate with cameras!!! Big problems with new takeover! I wouldn't trust any belongings would be safe here and to top it off they practically doubled our rent this last year! Beware!!! Update- the company said to file on my own insurance so they take no responsibility for it and they have cameras! Offered no help there as to who may have done this!! So they want me to hurt myself with an insurance claim! Wow ..just W O W! Update*** they posted a "give us a call" non sense after this post. I called. They offered NO HELP and said it was just a google automated response! WOW!!!! Just WOW!!! And to offer NO help even though they have cameras! Terrible experience!!!!

Hi just got a unit at Extra Space Storage. We were very pleased with our overall experience. We received great customer service from Shuna. Shuna was accommodating and very well versed on units and availability.

I do not recommend this storage facility. After only four months of renting a basic, non–climate controlled 10×15 unit, my monthly rent was doubled — from $79 to $158 — with no improvements made to the unit or facility. I received no notice because the increase was mailed to my old address, even though they regularly send text messages and emails reminding me to make my monthly payment. Their online payment history also displays multiple duplicate payments each month, which I did not make. This makes it difficult to trust the accuracy of their billing system. In addition, they have recently restricted access hours due to ongoing gate issues, suggesting that they are unable to adequately maintain the property. Overall, the facility doubled my rent while offering no improvements - only more restricted access, billing inconsistencies, and unresolved gate issues suggesting inadequate property maintenance. If you’re considering this facility, be aware.
