Ive rented here a while, never needed to leave a review. But I just want to give a shoutout to the new property manager Keosha at SROA West Wendover ,Greenboro. She is super patient and professional! I told her I couldn’t get down an aisle because someone was blocking it, and she immediately came over and helped clear it without any hesitation. Not long after, I saw her getting cursed out by the lady that was blocking the isle, and honestly, the language that was used I know I wouldnt have been able to handle myself that well. I was so impressed with how she handled it. She stayed calm, respectful, and never raised her voice, even though most people would’ve. It’s not often you see someone stay that professional in a tough situation.Keosha really deserves some recognition for how well she handled herself. Great job! 👏 Great prices. Clean lot and A1 manager!

They absolutely hands down have the best prices. The manager is kind and funny and very personable. I can honestly say she goes above and beyond to help you with any questions or concerns. I give them 5 stars for sure. I only wish I had more to give.

I recently had an issue with getting into my storage unit. I couldn't get my key to work. Keosha was extremely helpful with helping me to purchase another lock and making sure I was able to maneuver the new lock. This was something that she did not have to do. Keosha's customer service skills are definitely top notch!!!! Thank you again for your patience and your help!!
