I've been a tenant/customer of these folks since 2014. The prices for storage, parking and office space is extremely reasonable. I recently had a family emergency that put me into a financial tailspin. Denise,the head of management jumped on the phone with me and quickly helped me resolve my past due balance. She didn't judge my situation and didn't ask me any embarrassing questions. She was just simply about helping me to remain with them. My situation was resolved and I gained a friend. I was in a bad spot and I was met with kindness. I'll continue to be their customer until the end because of how she handled me and my situation.

Easy access location to rent and pick up rental truck. After hours pickup made easy with link sent via email that walks you through the whole process from pick up to return. Trucks are clean and run well. They have a variety of sizes to rent and options from just hours to 2 day rentals.

The young woman here was most pleasant in dealing with my Uhaul truck rental. She expelled excellent customer service to me which means so much in this day and time. She went above and beyond to make my stressful moving a little bit easier. Highly recommend this location for your Uhaul needs.

I had a question about my charges and called to speak to someone because they were different than my reservation. What the young lady on the phone said did not calculate up to the "savings" she said they gave me with what they charged. When I continued to question and asked her to breakdown the charges, she got frustrated and curt. I asked to speak to the manager or owner she said "I am the manager." But I told her I met the manager/owner the day before (a man) and it was not her. She then said, "Well I am the only one you are going to talk to today." And then she hung up the phone. When I called back, of course I got a voicemail and no one ever returned my phone call. I spoke to someone at the U-Haul 800 number and voice my displeasure with how I was treated, but they made no effort or gesture to make up for it. The rep said one of her managers would contact me and that never happened either. This company clearly does not put customer service as a priority.

Our experience with Mr. Storage and specifically Amy, has been incredible! I’ve been storing my RV there for a couple years now and anytime I have a need or a question she takes care of it. The site is clean and secure. Amy’s customer service is impeccable and Mr. Storage is lucky to have her.
