I rented a 5x10 unit for some of my daughter's belongings while she was away at college. We have always had very positive experiences with this company and the people there. She recently moved into her very first apartment leaving her to not need a storage unit so we packed everything up and took it to her apartment. The whole process from beginning to end was very easy. We only ever had one real issue which was the code seeming to not work to get in or out of the gates at the beginning but that was quickly resolved. I definitely recommend this storage facility if anyone is in need.

Absolute nightmare and the worst named facility I have heard of. Won a storage unit here on storage treasures and can not get ahold of anyone that works with the local facility. I have called 5 times been on hold a total of 2 hours just to "escalate the issue to the facility manager". Lost a day of work just trying to get to a unit with a timed clean out. Was told it would take 1-2 hours to process my invoice? No one else has ever done anything or the sort and low and behold no return call after said on the 2 hours. This is the most unprofessional unorganized so-called professional business I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. Why is it so hard just to pay an invoice I've never had the chase anyone to give them money. I can't even understand why other reviews spoke well of the staff when there isn't any staff. This is a remote facility that has a manager that is not on site. I wouldn't recommend this facility for anything storage or business related. Run away if you can't even bother to pay them how much care are they going to give on your stuff or making sure your bill processes. I would recommend runaway screeming.

The hours of access have recently been cut back so that there is no access after 7pm. This is bad since many small businesses count on later access to their units for materials. That is not good since access was allowed until 9pm. The units no longer have power in them. No staff on site anymore. What else are you going to take away?

The lady that's over the storage unit. Always answers the telephone when I call to at my bill. Very nice. I'm on and off the telephone. In a short amount of time. Thanks! Darrin Moore

The staff here is very friendly and super helpful. I've rented 2 units from them for over a year after selling my house. When it was time to downgrade to 1, they were very easy to deal with. I've rented storage at another place locally, and had such a bad experience that I didn't want to go through it again, but Fast and EZ storage has been amazing in comparison. I highly recommend them!
