From start to finish, they were courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to encounter staff who are genuinely friendly and customer-focused. Angie and Shenise truly went above and beyond, and because of them, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for reliable service and a great customer experience.

If I ever have to use a storage rental again this is where I will be again! Customer service excellent. Professional; absolutely. As a customer, my opinion is Angie is on top of her game and is there to speak to and work out any question or challenge you may have. She wants the best workplace and handles her job accordingly. Sherise, she will be out there in the windy rain and freezing cold sawing the lock off of your unit, because you lost your key to get in. She is easy to talk to and will help you with whatever your question or issue is. Definitely 10 out of 10 stars!

So far so good. This location is new, clean and located in a good area. Previously I had a camping trailer stolen from storage, so I was very particular about the location, security and condition of the facility. All good here. After having looked at about 10 other locations/companies prior, I found this one and booked it immediately. I was able to rent a parking spot for my camping trailer and a small storage unit for equipment within minutes. The site manager was very cordial and professional showing me around on the spot. I have since accessed the facility once with their App and it worked like a charm. Great promotional pricing offered, too.
