I currently have a fractured foot and a medical disability, and she went out of her way to assist me so I wouldn’t have to stand or put pressure on my foot. Her compassion and willingness to help made a difficult situation much easier for me. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and support. The lot is amazing and well lit!

Kathy was amazing. We lost our lock while moving boxes and came to our unit and gave us a new complimentary lock. She was so nice. I’m a real estate agent and I love to keep a list of vendors that I trust to refer my clients. They are now on the top of my vendor list for storage!!

Please be aware they get you in with super low rates and then after a month or 2 they double it. When I called to cancel my unit the clerk told me “I have to raise it by something how much can you do?” These got bought up all the small operations in the area and so they have no competition. I am sure all of this is in the fine print but just be aware.

I am leaving my review after having rented a 30’ x 10’ unit for the last 11 months. I am so thankful I chose to rent a unit at the Sherrill’s Ford location. The facilities are clean, quiet, and well priced. Cathy, the site manager, is an absolute gem of a person. She is so friendly and helpful. I am moving out as I now have a garage to put my things. 5/5 - choose this location over anywhere else in the area.
