Erika was friendly, patient, and took the time to walk me through all my options, which made the process feel simple and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, a great first experience with storage rentals.

I had a wonderful experience with renting a unit. Upon entering the facility, I was warmly greeted by Rental Associate named: Erika. She provided me with info needed regarding the facility, unit and pricing. Erika showed me the location of the unit and amenities available. Lock and key were also provided. Everything needed is readily available through their app which is user friendly. The facility is clean and accessible. The process was quick I highly recommend using this facility. Thanks Erika!

This storage facility is very clean! The elevator in front is very large. I like that in the front of the building, I can just walk into the facility. There are no steps. The back of the facility does have steps to enter and may be harder for someone with mobility issues. I love the remote access and that their are restrooms on site. The location is in a safe area. Last year I moved and now have my unit here and one where I moved to. Let me say that this location is superior. I'm not happy at all with the one I found closer to my new home. I do wish the prices were good for at least a year before going up. Other than that, I do like this facility.
