I had a wonderful experience today at public storage and it’s all was made possible by miss Stephanie. She helped me move a heavy object into my car, which seems simple enough, but she had a wonderful attitude, and was helpful and careful with my piece (it was an antique dresser). Without her I would have been struggling and taken so much longer trying to figure out how to Tetris it by myself. It’s amazing how one person can really make your day!

The property is clean and well-maintained, and her attention to detail made me feel confident storing my belongings here. Exceptional customer service!

This has been a nightmare from the start. No one answers phone during weekday business hours. No one is in the front office during office hours. I went there 7/6/25 & 7/7/25 and no one was on property both times nor answered the property managers line which is option #4 on the call line. I was not able to gain entry to my unit due to not knowing what lock/tie/zip tie to cut. I am not in the habit of breaking into spaces I do not control. With the instructions left to open unit in this manner. I could have just as easily gone to any unit and taken lock/tie/zip tie off any unit. That is the very definition of breaking and entering. With not feeling comfortable about being directed to potentially commit a crime. I ended up storing my belonging at a friends house and not using the storage space. It is now sitting empty not being used. I have your property manager finally get back to me the next week after I have left the state asking if I will still move in. I told her the issue and she couldn’t help he. I called your help line they transferred me to a supervisor named Hedi who was totally and completely rude and threatened me while on phone. After all this I never want to do business with you all ever again. This is not only unacceptable but I will be going to the local police and tell them how you all encourage your customers to commit crimes then have your supervisors and staff try and pressure them to do the same when they say they don’t feel comfortable doing that. This could easily have been handled if one of your employees was on site and opened the unit for me since they are an authorized employee of yours. I am an individual paying you all for a service on your space and you ask me to break a seal into a secure space when I don’t know you never met you and this is your property with cameras and your word against mine. Sorry but that feels like a set up and blackmail. I want a full refund on my card completely since I never used your services. You all wasted my time and patience several days in a row and I payed you. I want my money back. I will also be taking this issue to the local police department as well as my local city counsel to let them know the dangers of having your business conduct this sort of practice in our community. This seems innocent enough but seriously, all this hesitation, and questioning could be avoided if an employee was onsite to break the seal for the customer and provide services that are being paid for. It’s not like it’s a tag on the bottom of a mattress. Police can’t even break locks or seals without a court order and other officials present. But I am supposed to do and trust that nothing will happen to me… have you lived in America!?

I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service at this location! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, something I wasn’t expecting based on my past experiences elsewhere. Frances went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Not only was the customer service outstanding, but the cleanliness of the facility was also remarkable. Every corner was spotless, and the upkeep was clearly a priority, which gave me confidence in storing my belongings here. Compared to my previous storage facility, this was a complete and pleasant surprise! The difference in service, maintenance, and overall experience was like night and day. I can’t recommend this location enough—if you’re looking for a storage unit, this is the place to go! Ask for Frances she is a joy to speak to.

Once again, a terrible experience with this location. I have rented from this location before and experienced chronic problems with the elevators being broken. I heard they'd improved things and attempted to rent a unit 5/30/2025. Had problems completing my reservation through the website. Chat feature did not transfer me to an agent, just spun and spun. I left messages for the leasing office but didn't get a call back. Called the 800 number and was told I needed to talk to the leasing office. There is NEVER anyone on site, no matter when I go there. Gave up and cancelled my reservation. I will not be using Public Storage again.
