Heather ArenaStaff is very friendly and helpful! The security in the storage unit is amazing!! You can't even use the elevator without a code. All the gates/doors can be unlocked remotely with the app. Everything was very clean as well. I am happy I decided to store my things here. They offer storage unit insurance as well so it makes it easy to bundle with the storage unit price.

Took unit because of free month mark was very deceiving. If they would have told me upfront I would have went with another company. How you going to have a sign saying one month free then when you try to use that free month,your told that's not for your unit. Excuse me you should have said that upfront. Stay away from this scam of a company.
