This is my second time around renting a unit here, the first time around when I no longer had use for the unit it was pouring rain on my move out day as well as the following days, they "Gabby in particular" worked with me and only charged me for the week instead of the full month. Gabbys customer service is great, this second time around she took me on the golf cart to see my options. After I chose my unit, Gabby saved me some more money by not charging for a new lock since I still had my old one. Gabby is saving me money in the future as well, she let me know if you keep the packaging to the lock they will refund you when you move out. Perfect customer service here, extra clean units and they dont screw you over like other places.I dont ever write reviews but in this case I just had to show my appreciation, Thanks for all your help Gabby your great!
