The storage itself is fine however...read whats below. So actually today, 6/2/2026 me and my company were basically banned from using the bathroom at this storage because someone was leaving hair in the sink (spoiler its not even us that is leaving hair in that bathroom. They just accused us because we come there for less than 2 hours combined everyday. Not half of the day, not even a third of the day we are there to use the bathroom.) So anyways, we usually go in the morning, and then later at night (literally when nobody is there & WE PAY FOR LATE NIGHT USAGE BTW!) We use the bathroom and leave no problem. We don’t bother anyone and we also don’t leave a mess there in the bathroom. But today we got a call saying we can’t come to the storage room solely to use the bathroom because we were suspected of “leaving hair in the sink.” Let me lay out the facts for this: 1. The person leaving hair in there is leaving short curly hair, possibly armpit hair or pubic hair. 2. ME AND MY COMPANY NEVER SHAVE IN THERE! 3. Our hair is STRAIGHTENED right now so we couldn’t even leave hair from our head in the sink. I guarantee that even with us not using the bathroom there now, they will still find hair in that sink because it's not us leaving it. Saying we can’t use the bathroom there because you keep finding hair in the sink there with no real proof that it is us doing it is crazy. And You would think that they would have something better to do than sitting on the cameras all day and banning/gatekeeping us from using the bathroom at a storage facility that we pay for. This was extremely crappy and weird. (and yes we do actually have MANY items in our storage that we take out/put in pretty often, so its not just for the bathroom there)

Alexis Wilsonthe price in the beginning was excellent when it was called SafeNest. It was convenient and close to my area. After a while the price doubled and i honestly don’t think the price matches the condition of the units. They are not tightly sealed and my belongings ended up being covered in pollen, bugs (dead and alive), cobwebs and just dirty. In the future I will opt for an indoor, climate controlled unit such as the ones at U-haul.

Kai BrownIt was fine and decently priced until the price DOUBLED, got infested with roaches and then I called to tell them after February 19th all my stuff will be out and ill no longer need it. Feb 5th i go to get the remainder of my baby clothes and they have a lock on it and wont answer the phone.
