If It’s in your written policy then I apologize and I’ll remove my review. We currently rent 3 separate units. We recently added the 3rd unit and attempted to sign the lease agreements from our phone on several attempts we received a text stating we needed to sign the agreement again because we missed a page. Once we went back in on all attempts to open and resign the email populated all documents were signed or completed. The issue is this separate unit that had nothing to do with the current unit was pad locked out, all documents were signs several months ago and the rent is current. We could not get needed supplies out today to finish a job which cost us money, ultimately. I got up out of the bed with the flu to come in and find out why the unit was locked out and to show the agent , Kisha the email that said all documents were signed , even the current email she sent while I was there I opened it and it said all documents were signed, Kisha signed documents from her computer, when I asked Mrs Sheila was that in the written policy to lock me out of an existing unit and why she did it her comment was , “ to get you to come in and sign documents for your new unit , it worked didn’t it ? I think this was unfair and a leverage tactic but like I stated if this is policy to use leverage to get something accomplished that goes against policy, I’m sure Storage Sense could care less but maybe we should mutually agree this will be our last month renting here where we pay over $700.00 a month. During a recent camping trip in Franklin, we opted to store our camper in the Statesville area, where we plan to return for another adventure next week. I contacted your call center last week to reserve an outdoor space for our camper trailer and addressed all the paperwork and made my payment at that time. However, upon arriving at the facility on Sunday, we discovered that the designated space did not seem to exist according to the site plan. After reaching out to the call center from the entrance, they verified our intended parking spot using photos, but unfortunately, the alley behind the storage units was too narrow for our trailer. This situation forced us to tow the camper back home, which was quite an unexpected hassle. The following day, I received a call from the facility manager, who informed me that the center had some incorrect information and there was indeed a space available behind the newer buildings that wasn’t indicated on the map. Based on this, I requested a full refund, which she assured me would be processed, and I should expect a check in the mail in about a week. While I appreciate the prompt communication and hopefully a resolution, my overall experience with Storage Sense fell short of expectations. I genuinely hope to see some improvements, as my hope is that others will be better provided for.

Customer service was great. She did all she could to assist me but had limited access. Overall I am satisfied. The only draw back was that your site lists that were can purchase and have access to the unit immediately and that wasn’t the case. I came in from Texas and was told by customer service that the store manager had to give me access and it was 11pm. I had to wait until the next day - that was a big inconvenience. I suggest you update that ASAP UPDATE— The staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t ultimately get to utilize the storage due to personal circumstances however, when I called in to follow up, they were super accommodating. If the opportunity came up, I would definitely choose to book a unit with them again. Sometimes storage facilities can seem like they want to give you the runaround or make things more difficult – this location Was wonderful. And the staff that answered the phone was always very professional and sought to resolve. any issues I had.

The lady running this place is super friendly and gave us plenty of options when it came to getting the right sized unit for our needs. The property is clean as well as our unit when we moved our stuff in( have not had the same experience at other rental units)
