From my very first contact with Miss Holly approximately 14 months ago, I have rented outside storage for my travel trailer and two commercial vehicles. In addition, I have a climate controlled unit for household goods. Miss Holly has been more than accommodating when recommending storage options. She is always professional, transparent, and responsive. In addition, she’s always answered my questions, showed up on time, and delivered exactly what was promised. Miss Holly is the epitome of professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend Ocean Ridge Storage Solutions to anyone needing storage in a well maintained and professional environment where customer service is FIRST!!!

Not sure why Google has my name is Richard Jones, but it is Richard Joines and my wife and I used to have a storage container with Ocean Ridge Storage Solutions and usually dealt with the nicest lady anyone could meet -- Holly. We moved out of state a year ago but are now returning so we called Holly and she made everything so easy for us to get the storage units that we need (a 20x10 and a 10x10) and she was such a joy to work with. She made all the needed arrangements and was great. I was sorry to hear that she's now just working Monday and Tuesday so whenever we need anything we will definitely be trying to reach her on one of those days. She's the opposite of one of the modern automated systems that drives me crazy. She is so personable and so oriented toward helping that it just makes me wish it was the old days when service was considered important.

Ocean Ridge storage solutions is amazing! Holly and Wanda have been great with communication and managing of our units. We had a very disturbing experience. We were put into a smaller RV/Boat storage site than we contracted for, resulting in an overcharge of more than $400. They blamed it on information they said was provided by a previous owner - and would not make us whole on our overpayment via refund or price adjustment over time on a site that matched the price we'd been paying. Very sad that we couldn't work a compromise because the location was ideal and the facilities nice.
