I signed up for a short two-month, no-contract lease last week, and the experience has been excellent from the start. The manager was extremely cordial, answered all my questions, and made the whole process simple. The next day when I came back to unload a refrigerator, I happened to be alone. Without hesitation, the manager jumped in to help me get it unloaded. That kind of service is rare. I’m very glad I chose Extra Space Storage over the other options. The team here is friendly, helpful, and honestly feels like family. Highly recommend!

Take this as you see fit: I rented 1 storage unit with them starting in March 2025 for $80 per month and a second starting in June 2025 for $123 per month (7 months and 4 months as of this post). My rate has changed pretty much every month since getting it, to the point I am now paying $158 and $168....I literally haven't even had the unit for a year yet and its doubled for one of them with essentially no notice every time the rate goes up (and no, I wasn't under any promotional plan or anything). Like these are basic, nonclimate control units ya'll....$158 for an aluminum tin with no real features/amenities is ridiculous, but to also DOUBLE the rate in 6 months is just bad business (raising the 2nd unit by $46 in 3 months is bad enough). I have zero faith that they won't continue these bad business behaviors so I will be canceling and going elsewhere by the end of the month. And food for thought, a non climate control basic 10x15 unit here costs $168+....ive located 4 others within a 15 min radius that offers LARGER units WITH climate control for as low as $99.

We had out stuff stolen out of our storage unity, tools, clothes, collectible Barbie’s. Pretty sure it was someone who knows the gate codes. Make sure you get the lock they provide and not a master lock also do t keep valuable there because they don’t have capability to catch anyone on camera . Maybe try an indoor unit company
