My only disappointment was that I was...

My only disappointment was that I was forced to pay an additional $11 per month for insurance. This was not disclosed when I reserved the unit. This is from my email reservation: Storage Celebration Sale: $105.00 One-Time Admin Fee: $24.00 Total Move-In Cost: $129.00 The actual move-in cost was $140 which feels like switch and bait since this was never mentioned anywhere in the reservation and now I have to pay $116 per month instead of $105 per month I expected.

What a great staff here at public ...

What a great staff here at public storage. Hands down the best customer service anywhere!!! Very helpful and always smiling. I would not store my belongings anywhere else but public storage. Very special thank you to micheal. He helped us with everything we needed. Great job A
