Maria was absolutely great at compass self storage. She was very friendly, very helpful, and did everything we needed and more. She provided great conversation and explained everything in detail. She really enhanced the experience from start to finish and my family and I look forward to seeing her whenever we come back to our storage unit. Thank you again to Maria and Compass Self Storage.

Excellent experience! The facility is very clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff Maria was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Pricing was fair, and I felt confident my belongings were safe. I highly recommend this self storage facility to anyone looking for reliable storage services!”

Stacia made the storage rental process super easy. I appreciate how she showed me the unit before I committed, then discussed my reservation in detail. Maria is also super helpful and I recommend that if you are doing your Spring cleaning, get over to Compass Self Storage in Whitsett during their office hours.

We have rented from this compass location in the past and had a phenomenal first experience which lead us to go back when we needed another unit. Stacia was wonderful, she remembered me, got us all set up in under 15 minutes, it was such a seamless process. If you ever need a unit this is the best place for it!

Money grap $XX$ !! They give you a good rate in the beginning, they tell you a rate increase is possible. The kicker is, every 3 months there's a ridiculous amount of an increase. Their motto is, storage is only temporary...... Says who ?!?! Everyone's situation is different. So, if looking for short term they're iiiiiight. You have to catch Maria on a good day. If you have to use the restroom have hours, foraget aboout it !! No facilities in the unit area.
