Facility is nice and clean, seems well-maintained. Really appreciated the unit we downsized to being just around the corner from our old one! Instructions on checking out were a little vague at first, but got resolved after finishing the move.

Did everything online.... the process was very easy. I had to call in to speak to someone just for verification on some things and the person i spoke with was pleasant and answered all my questions. I haven't been to the unit yet, so I will update this post afterwards.

EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this storage facility. Went through the process online of getting the unit almost 2 months ago, and I still have not even been able to get access to my unit. When booking everything online, I was never given a code to get inside of the climate control building, where my unit is located. I have shown up to the office three times And there is never anybody there, even though it says online that their office should be open. I have tried calling countless times and I’m never able to get someone to pick up the phone. I cannot even get anybody to pick up the phone so that I can cancel my unit so that I am not charged to continue to have an empty unit. Would not recommend.
