I did probably the same as anyone else would do and shopped around and do I need to? I was able to line up the rental of this unit and move in within a very, very short amount of time. I totally appreciate the hassle free service that they give at the Akron self storage. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that I know needed storage! I have only been in the storage unit for a short while, but will follow up with another review after being there for months. It is a very clean facility and I feel safe in the fenced area!

Very easy to set up online, and staff is prompt, professional, and kind. The website is well laid out. Prices are more than reasonable, including discounts for further away units! Jodie was incredibly helpful. She called me back within 5 minutes when I made an error on my application. 10/10 service.

Reserved, rented and paid all online. Was given clear instructions on how to get in the gate and access my unit...new lock was already inside the unit. Super simple and convenient for me to do everything online. Competitive rates, I would definitely recommend Akron Self Storage!

The storage lot is clean and the unit numbers are clearly visible and the people I meet were also nice. The only thing I wish is the gate could of been a little more drive in friendly that way u don't have to get out the car to enter the code. But other than that my storage unit was really clean but the locking part I always have trouble with but overall nice storage space.

Unbelievably hassle free. I called one day, and moved in the next. Everything was taken care of online. There were no surprises. Customer service was extremely helpful. Units are well marked and very clean. The area is secured with cameras and feels like a safe space. I highly recommend this storage facility.
