The customer service at this box storage site is fantastic—very helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. It’s conveniently located downtown around the central business district, which is amazing. Brianna currently works there, and she’s great to work with. They provide excellent service that keeps me coming back, mostly because of their amazing team at this location. The price point helps too. Thank you, guys!

Huge monthly rate increase out of nowhere, then they told me they’d lower it slightly but still haven’t. They also started charging me for monthly renters insurance even though I’ve submitted proof of my own, and they acknowledged receipt that I don’t need theirs, yet they have not removed it from my account. Twice a rep has left me a voicemail saying they’d correct it and have only refunded me once, but the insurance charges are still being billed every month. I’ve sent many emails only for them to stop responding. I’ve also submitted a BBB complaint. After multiple attempts to contact Box Storage, BBB closed the case as they couldn’t get in touch with anyone for a resolution. This place is great for the first few months and then you’ll get stuck with a broken elevator and no way to access your unit by stairs as they’re all locked, huge rent increases, and tacked on charges which they refuse to correct. If I were you, I’d look elsewhere for storage units.

Unfortunately this location is not maintained properly. It started off fine. I rented for a couple of years and the unit was supposed to be temperature controlled but the hvac was off with no thermostat. The bathroom there was out of order or locked. The front door was locked and my code was disabled before the end of my rental period. No one is working in the front office so you can’t get an in person conversation about the issues. I would avoid at all costs. I’d give it 0 stars if that was an option. They will raise the rent significantly each year you rent as well.
