Unfortunately this location is not maintained properly. It started off fine. I rented for a couple of years and the unit was supposed to be temperature controlled but the hvac was off with no thermostat. The bathroom there was out of order or locked. The front door was locked and my code was disabled before the end of my rental period. No one is working in the front office so you can’t get an in person conversation about the issues. I would avoid at all costs. I’d give it 0 stars if that was an option. They will raise the rent significantly each year you rent as well.

The front desk was ridiculously kind and helpful. He showed me my locker, went out of his way to open my lock from its package, gave me a tour of the facility… the little things like this go a long way. I will say however that the locker itself was somewhat dirty in the corners, as there appeared to be what looked like droppings. In any case, you are promised storage space and what I got was storage space—no complaints there.

I’ve rented here before, and when I needed another storage space it was my first choice. The staff is available and very friendly, Dave was really helpful. Getting my new unit set up.

This company does not maintain their building. The entire bottom floor is covered in mold, which is so bad that it actually extends into having all of my items covered in mold that have been stored here for several years. When I tried to have a conversation with them about all of my items being damaged due to their lack of maintenance of the building instead of responding in a normal manner, they did a constructive eviction, took my money for the entire month of December and processed a move out and locked me out of the building on 12/19/2025. All of my items still inside, while in damaged condition are still mine and they have now blocked my access to. They’ve known about the mold for months. There’s a 3’x3’ huge patch on the entry wall. There’s foundation cracks which have attempted fixes on them, which obviously do not work. I’ve lost everything in my unit, it’s all unsalvageable. Instead of coming to a solution with me, they have stolen my items while billing me for the entire month in order to retaliate against me complaining about their mold issue

Bri is so thoughtful and kind. She went above and beyond to help me get the storage ready and even offered a ride to my home. Such a strong young woman!
