I had originally rented two units and needed to downsize and Abby made the transition seamless. I filled out the form for one slightly larger unit and as I cleared out one unit and took a photo of it being empty my bill was adjusted accordingly each time. Abby is very efficient and always answered my questions and replied in a very timely manner. Columbiana self Storage Is a clean, well taken care of facility and I highly recommend it and Abby for your Storage needs.

From the moment we pulled up their website on our phone we were amazed at how simple the process was. It took very little time and we were up and running with a reserved storage place. Upon arriving at the location, we followed the instructions we were given which were very clear and easy to understand. Then we got a call from Abby a few days later just to check in and see if everything was alright. That was impressive. It was professional and simple. Loving the whole process.
