He’s always professional, approachable, and quick to help with anything whether it’s troubleshooting access issues, helping with deliveries, or just checking in to make sure everything is running smoothly. His consistency and attention to detail make the whole experience effortless and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile for customers. Barry represents the kind of service that makes Extra Space Storage stand out. Definitely five stars all around highly recommend this location.

The facility was clean and safe. All good there. It was very frustrating, however, that the rental rate doubled over the course of just a few months. The business model is to raise rates to just below the tenant’s breaking point, knowing that your switching costs have risen dramatically after moving all of your stuff in. I tried to get a fixed rate for a year or so, but the company refused.
