I had a fantastic experience at Extra Space Storage, all thanks to Chase. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but Chase made the storage part of it completely seamless. He was professional, patient with my many questions, and went out of his way to help me find the perfect unit size for my needs. The facility is clean and secure, but it’s the top-tier customer service from Chase that really sets this place apart. Highly recommend!

I stopped by today to get a quote on a storage locker and was assisted by Chase, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of my questions. He showed me a unit that perfectly fit my needs, which I ended up renting. The entire process was fast, convenient, and professional. I would definitely recommend this location and Chase in particular.

Accessing the property was easy with the app. Snow removal could have and should have been better. Not easy to turn around with a trailer. The issue with the snow and lack of easy turn around does not out weigh the overall experience. So at this point I am very pleased with the experience and would recommend Extra Space Storage

These folks have made a concerted effort to retain my business so I can't help but offer them a good review. I haven't had any break - ins, water damage, or rodent issues with my stuff. The new girl in the office has been great and was very helpful. Frankly, because of the industry practices, I generally hate storage facilities, but these folks have been okay. So, I can sincerely recommend them.
