I won an Auction today here at this Facility and received a phone call from Heather! She was incredibly kind, helpful, and just all around pleasant! Fast forward to after work when I came to pay for my unit, Heather was at the front desk greeted me very nicely and we continued to talk and laugh a little while going through the purchasing process (which she made very quick and easy) I will definitely be looking out for Auctions at this Facility a lot more frequently! Heather, you are absolutely wonderful, thank you for everything today! 10/10 service from a 10/10 Employee right there 👏👏👏

Heather did a phenomenal job in assisting me in getting a unit by breaking down the rental agreement to make sure I understood it throughly, she even took me out and showed me a few unit as well to get an idea of the size I’m wanting for all of my belongings to fit. She showed me how to use my lock and explained the office hours to me too!

I had an outstanding experience with the team at Public Storage in Columbus, OH, and I want to specifically recognize Heather for going above and beyond during our visit. We had purchased a storage unit through an online auction, and coming from Indianapolis—about 2½ hours away—we were already on a tight schedule. On top of that, we’re new to the Midwest and had a tough time navigating downtown Columbus and the freeway system, which caused us to run later than expected. Despite all of that, Heather was incredibly professional, prompt, and genuinely considerate from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was her attentiveness and willingness to help us through the entire process without making us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Most impressively, she stayed past closing time to make sure we were able to complete all the paperwork so we wouldn’t have to make another long trip back. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it made a huge difference for us. It’s employees like Heather that truly set a business apart. I’m extremely grateful for her patience, professionalism, and dedication. Public Storage is lucky to have someone like her representing their company.

Heather Makes this location worth it ! ​I recently had to rent two units at the Public Storage on Sinclair Road, and while the physical facility is great, the customer service is what truly sets this location apart. ​We ran into several frustrating technical issues while trying to complete the check-in and purchase process online. However, once we got into the office, Heather took complete charge of the situation. She was absolutely exemplary—she didn’t just listen to our concerns; she actively solved the online glitches that were holding us up.

I am packing my house so I can move and being handicapped makes it difficult. I have been lucky enough to find a storage unit company that has made it easy for me. Heather who is the manager was tremendous . I can not say enough about her. Thank you Heather!!
