I have a larger unit. Haven’t had any known issues with my unit. Smoke time to pay my unit even when it was late. The fees are hefty if you go into default, however; it turned out good. Pay in time and you won’t have an issue. Great service. New property manager is very helpful and friendly! She made it comfortable paying all those fees because of the help and how courteous she is. Thanks

Would not recommend this place. It’s in a not so great area and at the time of signing the contract the manager didn’t cover the part that they can change your monthly rate anytime they want. Don’t be fooled by their discounted rates because they will just raise them after you have moved your things in. In my case, they doubled our monthly rate which added about $100 extra to our bill.

I was looking for a storage unit and I found this one. I did the paperwork online and as soon as I was done submitting it, I received a call from a staff at the office to give me my confirmation. I came in to the office same day got my lock, did a tour to my unit and got my gate code right away. Melissa and Jennifer at the office were phenomenal. My first encounter with them gave me reassurance that this storage unit is safe and the staff here are good people. I would definitely recommend this place.
