The Greensburg personnel are available when I need them and are friendly, professional and always helpful. These guys are excellent. I've been with them for several years now. Over the years I have to upsize my unit several times and they have always been super accommodating to my needs. I think the prices are very fair too!!

This place is terrible. Never any help on Saturdays and the place closes early throughout the week. Their hours are posted on the door, but they’re not there. I finally got a hold of somebody on a Saturday and she was rude

We have used Greennsburg Park Self -Storage for years. The people there have always been helpful and pleasant to deal with. Our belongings are safe and protected there.

I don’t normally write reviews because it’s not often that I encounter customer service like this, but I felt the need to share. My first phone call was very friendly and helpful. The manager made sure that the unit I wanted would work for my needs. When I showed up the next day, there was a little bit of a mixup with the unit They held for me, but she got it sorted out and was very nice and apologetic the entire time. Overall I got the impression that she truly cared about me. When I came back on the weekend to drop my things off my code wasn’t working. Probably something to do with the original mixup. I was surprised to see that they had someone in the office on a Saturday so I went in to ask for help. This wasn’t the manager but a young woman who was also very kind. She was able to call the owner and get it worked out for me. Before walking out she gave my 3 year old son and I cookies and bottles of water. Then she shook my hand on the way out. The units themselves are clean, well lit, and secure. The area around the units is flat concrete so it’s easy to move heavy items that roll. The outside is also well lit at night. I think I might actually be sad when I don’t need my storage unit anymore!
