Very thorough and courteous walkthrough of the facility, and well-detailed explanation of the rental criteria. Peter was patient and took extra time to cover Q&A respectfully. Process was somewhat rushed but not of negative impact to the experience. Drive-up availability is a major plus, especially with weather changes and accessibility.

I reserved a unit online. I stopped in 2 days later to get the process going. Peter was most excellent in his customer service, very courteous, answering my questions, and explaining all of the details. He took me on a tour, and showed me several options. I was also very impressed with how clean the facility was. There was also a second employee that answered questions and was very pleasant to speak to. I would recommend this facility to friends and family. Thank you.

Pretty quick and painless process, completely autonomous. Has a drive through to pull you close to the elevator. Did everything by phone, with a credit card and never talked to a single person (which is 50/50) depending on who you are. But I liked it. Prepaid 3 months in advance for less than $300

We are getting ready to move in and so far the staff is very friendly and welcoming, if a little talkative. The halls are clean and well lit, the temperature control is great, very little if any moisture. Overall great place so far. 😊
