Cathy and Austin were absolutely amazing. They walked the property and helped me pick the correct unit. I drove in with a large storage trailer...I could make all the turns! My storage units was clean and dry. Great experience!

Kathy was amazing, she was super helpful and funny. She even told me about their 2 free month promotion at their nearby location which was absolutely perfect for me. She also told me that if I was to rent anlt any time of the month the amount is prorated so you aren't paying full price for less than a full month.

Why can't the call center help the customers? Like the people in the Streetsboro office, no hassle, they tell you how the the policy works. Always willing to work with you. And when a problem occurs, it is resolved. They should get rid of the call center and let the office people do their job. And maybe we can save money. Fine rental fees.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. Rented a 10x15 unit to store a small vehicle. Unit has 8" concrete curb in front, and prevents a car from being driven into the unit. Almost all units have this curb in front of the entrance, rather than connecting to the asphalt. Company has ZERO information about this facility (short of size of units), and required me to go back to the facility and note any units that would allow for vehicle access. After doing this, and noting 11 units that could work, none of those were the appropriate size or available. Upon calling again to cancel my unit and receive a refund, I was told that I am past the 5 day grace period for refund, and there was nothing they can do, despite the fact they know nothing about the state of facility, and required me to make multiple trips to do my own research. No one on site to assist with anything. Terrible experience. I would never recommend this company or facility to any person. I've spent $115 dollars for zero service, except for 4 trips back and forth and four calls to off-shore customer service representatives, all eating into the 5 day grace period that has now expired and put me out of my money. Terrible business model, and miserable experience. Would not recommend, ever.
