Never had an issue renting. Automatic payment set up was simple and convenient. Conversations on the phone were always very cordial and a sense if understanding fir the customer. Would highly recommend using them if you need a storage unit.

It was very easy for me to get a storage unit that was the right size I needed. I was able to move into the same day I got it. I caught them at the right time because they had a discount price going on so my payment are affordable & they offer insurance protection on ur items ur storing.

SCAMMERS. I called 2 weeks in advance to let them know I was moving out and then called again the day I moved everything out. Four months later a debt collector called and said we didn’t take our lock off and we had to pay $140. The people were rude and would not check videos so we could prove our side of the story. It’s there word against yours. Beware do not get scammed like I did.

I would love to leave a higher score however I booked online/over the phone and was told to give a 15 day notification. I called the next day to cancel due to unseen circumstances. I never met the first person at the store and lock. I asked about a partial refund and was informed I wasn’t untucked to a refund. So at this point I would not recommend this storage unit.

No light to see in my unit in the dark, smelly unit and they jacked my monthly rate only 2 months after move in. Will not refund partial months if you move out early. Was happy I didn't need to be there longer after they raised the rate for no reason.
