Our unit and the other three units in the hallway mine was in were broken into. Locks were cut and units were ransacked. SROA said there was nothing we could do because we didn't purchase insurance for our unit. They had no video cameras for my unit's hallway or even the road outside the door of my hallway. They moved my unit to one that is supposedly better monitored but now I'm paying more because they didn't have any units available that were the same size as mine so I had to get a bigger unit. Prices are more reasonable than other storage places around. Staff is friendly. The units are see-through so everyone can see everyone's stuff. Units are super tall and separated by walls made of fence like material.

I am impressed with their customer support staff, they are very professional and effective. I had some issues with the insurance and increased rent but the management was very understanding and took care of everything. I very much appreciate how Jayme has went above and beyond for me ,I had several hardships and she has worked with me when nobody else was willing to. She made me feel comfortable to communicate with her and she showed understanding, she has been my Angel when I could have lost everything I had left.
